Built in the 1950’s, Holgate Villa is a familiar feature of York’s skyline. With a complete renovation of the building proposed, Intravenous were commissioned to produce a range of 3d visuals to depict how the updates would affect both internal and external spaces.
The images have subsequently been used in marketing brochures and sales literature.
